SHIPPING AND PROCESSING
Orders are processed between 1-3 business days.* We will contact you if an item is out of stock or if additional information is required for credit validation.
*Note: Hours of operation are Monday-Friday. We are closed on all major holidays. Orders placed on a Friday after 11am AST and over the weekend will not begin processing until the following Monday.
*Note: Processing times for made-to-order malas will vary based on each order. We will contact you with your specific order information.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to show any updates. Once the item is shipped and a tracking number is provided, we are no longer responsible for the package.

US SHIPPING
For shipping within the US, we use USPS First Class, USPS Priority, and USPS Express.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For shipping everywhere else, we use DHL Express and USPS First Class Package International, Priority Mail Express International and Priority Mail International.
International shipping has been very slow due the current situation, so please keep that in mind and be patient with the arrival times.
By placing an order for international shipping, the customer agrees to pay all taxes and customs duties when the package arrives in said country. Packages that must be processed through customs may take extra time, so please allow for this when trying to estimate a delivery date. UVERA is not responsible for these additional costs.
